Recruitive Software plans to double client base by end of 2018
Recruitive Software has announced its plans to double its client base by the end of 2018.
The Midland based firm, whose clients include TNT, Matalan and Scania Trucks, has seen steady growth since its launch in 2004, but now plans to further accelerate growth using models such as acquisitions and strategic partnerships.
Richard Clarke, Recruitive’s managing director, commented, “Our steady growth is testament to the hard working individuals whose innovations have kept our solutions ahead of the game and we are very proud of what we have achieved so far. However, we now feel we are in a position to take our company to the next level; significantly increasing our client base without compromising the first class service that we are known for.
“Over the past eighteen months we have seen a big increase in the number of companies bringing recruitment in-house and we fully expect this shift to continue. We understand that the needs of these firms are completely individual, and because we have our own in-house team of experienced developers, we are able to provide customised solutions that meet their exact requirements.”
Recruitive states it will assist growth plans by expanding its regional business development managers to help increase brand awareness and ultimately, market share, across the UK.
