XPATJobs launches new sites for 15 most in-demand global industries
XPATJobs has expanded its existing portfolio of international careers websites with the announcement of 15 new industry-specific sites launched this week.
Each site is a one-stop shop that enables skilled workers from the top 15 most in-demand sectors to find their next role wherever in the world they wish to work.
Supported by the company’s XPATJobs.com site, which sees 100,000 jobs posted each day, the new sites will provide recruiters and hiring managers with access to a network of more than 1 million registered jobseekers across 150 countries.
Rhys Maddocks, managing director of XPATJobs, said, “At XPATJobs we are passionate about ensuring the candidate journey is made as smooth as possible.
“To achieve this means understanding the way in which people and businesses want to connect with one another and investing in delivering a service that enables jobseekers to discover and apply for the jobs they really want and for recruiters and hiring managers to connect with the talent they really need. And that is what these new properties will achieve.”
The new job boards will serve as a careers destination for jobs across a range of industry sectors and incorporate the same functionality as the XPATJobs.com site: Their systems enable users to conduct a quick search for their ideal role, while the simple registration process offers easy CV uploading and a straightforward application process in addition to providing daily or weekly (depending on their preferences) alerts featuring jobs that match their specific requirements.
Maddocks commented, “XPATJobs has enjoyed strong growth in recent years and launching the suite of industry-specific careers portals is a critical step in our plan to strengthen and grow our existing position in the market.
“Using the knowledge, expertise and of course the technology that powers XPATJobs, these new sites will provide recruiters and hiring managers with a highly targeted recruitment solution that extends beyond their immediate geographical boundary.
“They will have access to a wider pool of available talent without having to purchase additional licenses to search databases of candidates outside of the UK.
“From the candidate perspective, each site will provide job seekers with unrivalled access to the latest and largest choice of jobs that are available for skilled professionals looking for their next role both here in the UK and overseas.”
