Detail2Recruitment revenue up 22% in H1 2016

Detail2Recruitment, has achieved record revenue growth, with a 22% year-on-year increase in the first half of 2016, along with a 20% rise in the number of candidates placed and a 95% customer retention rate.

 

Founded in 2002, the Group comprises Detail2Retail, Detail2Leisure and Detail2Digital.

 

As a result of its client retention rate and growth of its core recruitment offering, the Group has also diversified to provide complementary services, such as employment surveys, salary benchmarking and competitor analysis.

 

The first half of the year has seen significant client wins in the retail, leisure and hospitality sectors for the business, which has long term partnerships with a wealth of household names, from The Compass Group, Elior, Mitchells and Butlers and Casual Dining Group, through to Debenhams, Punch Taverns, Greene King, Carphone Warehouse and Kingfisher.

 

Founder and managing director, Mike Wood, said, “We have had an encouraging start to the year, with demand continuing regardless of Brexit and the resulting uncertainty in the marketplace – businesses continue to expand and recruit, with hiring continuing right across the board from smaller outlets to larger, big name brands. Brexit seems to have been forgotten fairly quickly in relation to hiring decisions, but it could become topical once again once the UK activates article 50.”

 

Wood added, “2016 has seen employers increasingly focused on ensuring they engage and, crucially, retain the right people to fit with their organisations. As a response to this demand, we have invested in a dedicated social media team to engage with communities within our sectors, while our values based approach to assessing attitude and behavioural fit of candidates has also ensured that we source not only competent individuals, but those who are aligned with our clients’ organisational values.”

 

Detail2Recruitment has also recently completed a full rebrand, launching a new identity and website in line with its ethos and vision, and aligned with its objectives for the coming months and years.
