eResponse Group creates HR department
eResponse Group has invested in its staff with the creation of a human resources department.
The formation of the three-strong team, which will oversee the training and development of more than 100 staff, is due to the group’s rapid expansion in recent years which has seen eResponse spread across the region with seven branches.
The team will be led by Trudy Harding who takes up the new role of head of HR.
She said, “We place an enormous importance on our own staff which is why we’ve created the new HR team.
“It will ensure everyone working for eResponse has the very best training and opportunities to help them grow and develop their own careers.
“We believe in taking good care of everyone who comes to work with us and ensuring they can grasp every opportunity.
“The team is already proving to be a success with new and refreshed internal training programmes set to be launched in the coming weeks.”
Harding, who has been with eResponse for seven years, will be supported by Stacey Campion, who will deliver the training to staff, and administrator, Alison Fry.
The company says the new department will ensure individual staff progress is reviewed, with set goals and support. It will also cover induction programmes for new starters at all levels of the business.
The launch of the new team is another milestone for the growth of the group since it was founded in 2003 by Redditch brothers Paul and Joe Alekna. In 2013 it was named as one of the Sunday Times Fast Track 100 of growing companies as well as one of the UK’s best small employers in 2015 and again in 2016.
