Lawrence Harvey Life Sciences becomes SciPro

Lawrence Harvey has rebranded its life sciences practice.

SciPro, the newest brand under the group, focuses solely on life sciences recruitment and is the latest move by founder & CEO, Tom Glanfield, to streamline his businesses in to an international, non-competing, specialist and niche recruitment group.

SciPro has consulting teams in four locations, London, Munich, New York and the newest addition, San Francisco.

Established in 2013, Lawrence Harvey Life Sciences covered the entire life cycle of pharmaceuticals and medical devices recruitment. SciPro opened for business on Monday 10th October with the same experienced delivery team and strong management structure.

Adam Smith, director of SciPro, commented, “We continue to offer our clients and candidates the specialist service they are accustomed to. In bringing together our Life Sciences teams across our 4 major locations under the one distinguishable brand, we are able to present a clear and collaborative proposition. I am really excited about the opportunity this creates for individuals within the business.  International relocation as well as opportunities for consultants to develop their careers through our flat structure provides our people with an exceptional opportunity in a competitive market. It’s an incredibly exciting time for our business.”

Glanfield added, “Lawrence Harvey is a well known and award winning brand but I felt strategically, all the recruitment businesses within the group needed to become niche to survive and grow in what is quickly becoming a saturated market. Launching SciPro is another step towards, I believe, great things for the Group. Our collaborative and inclusive culture means that, having non-competing brands working alongside each other, we are constantly cross selling and supporting one another and, ultimately, sharing in each others success (sic).”
