The Best Connection’s Managed Services Division rebrands to Onsite Connection

The Best Connection has rebranded its Managed Services Division (MSD) to reflect its enhanced approach to customer service. The new service will be called Onsite Connection.

The company says that the fresh image builds on the success of company’s MSD that has experienced considerable growth over recent years as customers choose to outsource specialist temporary recruitment services.

The Onsite Connection team, headed by The Best Connection’s Ian Russell and Scott Meredith, is responsible for all activities associated with on-site and value-added contracts, from initial analysis to implementation, recruitment and training of onsite staff, KPI’s and site auditing.  The service also manages the evaluation and implementation of third party applications offered through the company including time and attendance management.

As part of the rejuvenation, the business has introduced further innovations including the development of a ‘dashboard’ application that provides clients with access to information from their mobile devices, 24 hours a day.

Commenting on the new brand, Neil Yorke, director of The Best Connection, said, “Our onsite division is an important and growing element of our business.  Our staff become an extension of our customer’s workforce ensuring optimal staffing to address business demand.”  

The Best Connection’s Onsite Connection currently supports 40 full on-site and over 60 value-added site customers across the UK with many more planned for 2017.
