Quanta celebrates 25th anniversary

The team at Quanta Consultancy Services is celebrating its 25th anniversary this April.

Founded by Stephen Trigg on 6th April 1992, Berkhamsted-based Quanta provides contract and permanent recruitment solutions to employers within life sciences, renewable energy and ICT.

There are a number of celebrations planned to mark the occasion and thank the team for their hard work and commitment, perhaps most significantly, a trip to Portugal. With ‘One Team’ a key value for Quanta, every member of the team has been invited to travel to Portugal over the Spring Bank Holiday weekend and celebrate success together.

Quanta has seen a great deal of success over recent years, experiencing year-on-year growth and receiving several high-profile awards. These include a prestigious Queens Award for Enterprise for International Trade in 2016 and most recently, 2 Star Best Companies Accreditation for an outstanding commitment to employee engagement.

The company says that this success would not have been possible without the work of the Quanta team. The multi-national and multi-lingual team has continued to grow, particularly over the past few years, and every colleague has the opportunity to receive the training and development they need to progress without limitation.

Most recently the Quanta has welcomed the arrival of five new trainee delivery executives, joining as part of the first Graduate Sales Academy. Aligned to another of Quanta’s values – ‘Investment in our future’ – the 9-month programme provides training and coaching to support the company’s ambition to build future leaders from within.

Stephen Trigg, CEO & founder of Quanta Consultancy Services, said, “You can travel a long way in 25 years and I can say for sure the Quanta journey has never been dull or unexciting. We have reached a significant juncture in the development of the company and I must say the future is every bit as thrilling and challenging as it was 25 years ago.”
