Morgan Law refreshes its brand and launches new division
Morgan Law has refreshed and modernised its brand identity to improve the customer experience for clients and candidates, consolidate its presence as specialists in public and not-for-profit sector recruitment and support growth into new markets.
Morgan Law says it has created a cleaner look and feel to reflect their professional recruitment services and embrace their values of quality matters, be creative and know your customer. The logo remains the same to reflect the brand presence they have in the public and not-for-profit sectors by connecting outstanding organisations with talented professionals. Other new elements include fonts, imagery and colour scheme.
David Morgan, co-founder of Morgan Law, commented, “We’re delighted to launch our new brand identity. Striving to maintain the recognisable Morgan Law brand was our primary goal. We developed the new brand identity to provide a foundation to build strong awareness and maintain our position as a market leader of recruitment services in the public and not-for-profit sectors.”
The brand refresh also supports the growth of Morgan Law’s entry into new markets. Morgan Law has launched its secretarial and business support division to recruit office support and administrative roles in the public and not-for profit sectors and has opened a new office in Bristol to better support the recruitment needs of organisations in the South West of England. It also renamed its commissioning and contract management division and merged it with the operations team into a wider health management division dedicated to servicing the NHS with their recruitment needs.
Morgan said, “Our new branding enables us to diversify our business and enter new markets such as office support and grow our presence in places like the South West. It presents a great opportunity to grow our business across the UK.”
Morgan Law also launched a refreshed website www.morgan-law.com, bringing it into line with their new identity and improving the customer experience, including enhancements to searching and applying for jobs and upgrading the candidate management experience across desktop and mobile devices.
