Eames appoints head of marketing
Eames Consulting Group has promoted Sarah Roebuck to head of marketing.
Since joining the company in 2014 and establishing the formal marketing function, Roebuck (pictured) has been a fundamental part of the Eames team, leading on global brand strategy and driving brand awareness across our London and international offices.
Delivering on a social content strategy, Roebuck has driven a 200% uplift in social followers and with the launch of the new Eames website in January 2017, has ensured the business is futureproofed for growth and advancements in digital recruitment.
Notably, Roebuck has supported on the formal launch of Eames’ executive search practice, Eames Partnership, from overall brand development and design as well as a new website and suite of collateral.
Eames says Roebuck is an advocate of culture and employer brand, and has driven the #TeamEames message internally and externally, even scooping herself the annual “Best of Team Eames” award for 2016 as well as the MVP vote in the fourth quarter, securing herself a space on the Founders Lunch.
