Rullion appoints interim IT director as it expands tech team
Rullion has recently appointed an interim IT director, Greg Stewart, to expand its technology team.
Stewart has previously worked for Walmart and Unilever.
Its cloud-based recruitment software, used by national organisations such as Co-operative Group, United Utilities and EDF Energy, was developed in-house to provide greater flexibility for clients. Rullion’s internal database, myRullion, was built to improve consultant productivity, and CATO was developed to track and qualify sales leads.
The evolution of the industry and the role tech plays within it, is moving at pace and Rullion is doubling the size of its technology team from 20-40, recruiting front and back end developers as well as user experience experts to accelerate the creation of new products and tools that drive efficiency.
James Saoulli, Rullion CEO, commented, “Our tech advancements so far have served the business well and have been key to our success, but we’re now building up our capacity so that we’re able to experiment. Some initiatives will fly, others won’t, but that’s fine. We have a culture of innovation and experimentation, and we feel the investment’s a risk well worth taking.”
