Technojobs partners with blockchain start-up APPII
The two companies will integrate with each other’s platforms, introducing new business solutions (underpinned by blockchain technology) for the UK recruitment sector, which will be introduced to the market in 2017.
Through partnering with APPII, Technojobs will further empower candidates searching for jobs in the technology sector, helping them maximise their career potential through verified career profiles.
The APPII platform allows individuals to create career profiles which are verified using blockchain technology and this partnership with Technojobs marks the first time a UK-based jobsite has enabled candidates to apply for roles using blockchain verified CVs. This will provide clear benefits to employers in the quality of candidates and therefore reducing the cost and time to hire and onboard.
The two companies are working collaboratively to contribute towards improving the recruitment sector using blockchain technology. The partnership aims to empower candidates, shifting employers’ focus away from candidates’ career history and towards their future potential.
Anthony Sherick, director of Technojobs, commented, “We are delighted to partner with APPII and recognise the major benefits the features on APPII’s blockchain platform will bring to Technojobs candidates and clients. We are very excited about what this partnership will achieve in the months and years ahead.”
Gary McKay, managing director and founder of APPII, added, “Our partnership with Technojobs will allow APPII members to apply for jobs with our blockchain verified CVs for the very first time. Their investment will support future development, including launching an industry leading blockchain technology solution to democratise recruitment and transform digital identities.”
