Wade Macdonald renews relationship with NED after year of growth
Reading-based recruiter Wade Macdonald has renewed its relationship with NED and industry veteran, Steve Carter, following a year of growth.
Carter (pictured) will continue in his advisory role, focusing on market share, team and leadership capability, and customer satisfaction. Carter joined Wade Macdonald in 2015 after holding board and executive positions at Morgan McKinley, Premier Group Ireland, and Robert Half among others.
His involvement has helped the agency achieve material year-on-year growth in turnover and profitability, even during a time of economic uncertainty due to Brexit and substantial regulatory change.
Speaking of Carter’s ongoing support, co-founder, Dominic Wade, said, "We have seen many positive changes since Steve joined, including material improvements in our overall performance.
“Whilst many recruitment firms have been concerned about Brexit, Steve has enabled us to look past it and focus on how we can improve – delivering even better service to clients and candidates."
Philip Macdonald, co-founder, added, "The opportunity to collaborate with Steve on the next stage of growth is exciting. We know his expert guidance gives us the best possible chance of achieving our ambitious strategy."
