JobsMarkt to launch recruitment tool “Hunting Gizmo”
JobsMarkt founder and CEO, Sajid H. Shah, has announced that the start-up will soon be releasing Hunting Gizmo, the company’s recruitment tool for the global talent marketplace.
Employers, especially those seeking employees on a global scale, cite the following as the leading problems with staffing:
- Locating qualified candidates
- Time consuming process
- Expensive agency fees
- Poor performance by traditional recruiting tools
JobsMarkt says it is aiming to change all four of those dynamics with its Hunting Gizmo system for identifying employees for local and overseas jobs. It claims it eliminates the middleman and the need for expensive recruiting agencies by matching the most capable candidates to available positions based on employer dictated requirements.
The tool utilises artificial & visual intelligence that can select the most qualified applicants, aid in scheduling interviews, communicate with individuals online, and generate a shortlist of the most highly qualified applicants for the employer’s perusal.
Hunting Gizmo is also equipped with a Whisper functionality, enabling employers and jobseekers to share information without alerting the competition to open positions or strategic opportunities.
Those seeking a job or looking for a change either locally or on a global scale can perform a search to locate companies with positions to fill that have need of their specific talents, skills, expertise and experience. Hunting Gizmo supports the posting of paying jobs, internships and trainee positions and JobsMarkt is committed to assisting people with disabilities.
