Penna has been selected to provide HR and resourcing solutions under all four Lots of the Local Government Recruitment Partnership (LGRP).  This framework spans two years and allows all public-sector organisations to work directly with Penna via a ‘direct call off’. 

This is the third time that Penna has successful been appointed as part of this Framework. They are the only supplier that has been awarded the opportunity to supply all four Lots.

The LGRP framework covers the following four Lots:

  • Lot 1 – Executive Permanent (£70K+) and Interim Search and Selection
  • Lot 2 – Permanent Recruitment (£30K - £70K)
  • Lot 3 – Strategic HR Consultancy Services
  • Lot 4 – HR Marketing Solutions – All marketing and advertising campaigns including Public Notices.

The LGRP contract is managed by the London Borough of Waltham Forest and replaced the London Boroughs’ Recruitment Partnership in 2010.

Northgate plc has appointed ResourceBank to deliver a full managed service RPO covering all UK recruitment on a three and a half year contract running until 2021.  ResourceBank has provided a partial RPO to Northgate since 2012 and the success of this service has led to Northgate extending the contract to cover all UK sales and IT recruitment as well as operations and head office vacancies for Van Monster and Northgate Vehicle Hire.

The contract covers all areas of talent attraction including the management and development of the Northgate careers website, social media and apprenticeship recruitment. ResourceBank also provides employee engagement services, HR training, exit interviews and outplacement to Northgate.

Northgate is the UK’s leading commercial vehicle hire company with over 70 UK locations and over 2,000 employees.

Frontline Recruitment is teaming up with bedroom delivery and installation company Keen & Able to create 20 jobs.

Frontline and Keen & Able are holding an exclusive recruitment open day on 8th November at the Village Hotel in Chilwell, Nottingham where they will be looking to recruit 10 two-person delivery teams who can offer a quality and professional service.

Bullhorn and Astute Payroll

Bullhorn and Astute Payroll have announced their largest ever customer win in ANZ. PERSOL Kelly, the joint venture between Kelly Services and The PERSOL Group, will roll out the CRM and workforce management system to improve the productivity of 300 recruiters and ensure the efficient management of Kelly’s large workforce across Australia and New Zealand (ANZ).

The PERSOL Group, a Japan-based holding company, and Kelly Services, a US-based staffing firm, launched PERSOL Kelly to become one of the region’s staffing services and HR solutions company. To ensure the delivery of this goal, PERSOL Kelly chose to partner with Bullhorn and Astute Payroll.
