Page Outsourcing launches strategic partnership with Aspire Performance Improvement
Page Outsourcing has partnered with Aspire Performance Improvement Ltd.
Launched in 2017, Page Outsourcing harnesses the power of existing PageGroup brands; Michael Page, Page Executive and Page Personnel, which recruit entry level to senior and board positions across 25 industries in 36 countries.
Effective immediately, the companies say this global partnership will provide significant added value and cost-efficient services for both parties’ clients, in the form of a seamless end-to-end solution for delivering change and transformation projects.
An estimated 80% of these types of projects require recruitment services, whether organisations are relocating, reorganising, expanding or subject to mergers and acquisitions.
Aspire Performance Improvement Ltd managing director, Robert Peopall, said, “We are delighted to announce a long term strategic global partnership with Page Outsourcing, which will allow clients to take advantage of Aspire’s unique accelerated strategy, change and transformation services. It will also allow both Aspire and PageGroup clients to secure the right blend of internal and external resources to enable quick delivery of change, whilst setting themselves up for long term future success.
“We will focus our combined strength on delivering innovative transformation, change, implementation and M&A services to clients that require fast, effective and high-quality experienced support. This will ensure we can deliver change programmes successfully and holistically from people, process and technology perspectives.”
Malcolm Kelly, UK business development director at PageGroup, commented, “We are delighted to be working in partnership with Aspire Performance Improvement. The partnership will allow us to add further value and a broader range of services to our clients.
“The Aspire proposition fully compliments our new resourcing service, meaning we are able to offer a more holistic service for both prospects and existing clients.”
