Planet Pharma Staffing appoints associate director of recruitment
Planet Pharma Staffing LTD has made a number of recent hires in its central London office.
Spencer Cricks has joined Planet Pharma as associate director of recruitment, with over seven years’ experience dedicated to providing staffing solutions to the life sciences sector. Cricks commented, “I am passionate about ensuring Planet Pharma continue to provide exceptional service to our clients, and will be working closely with our internal team to drive that.
As AD of recruitment, Cricks’ role will see him direct and lead the European recruitment delivery team, working to ensure that supplier excellence and integrity continue to be the critical success factors to our continued growth. Also joining Planet Pharma within its recruitment delivery team is Terri-Anne Gray, who joins as a recruitment team lead responsible for overseeing and leading the charge with a team of dedicated recruiters. Gray has over four years’ life sciences staffing experience with specific international expertise in the HEOR and market access area; at Planet Pharma she will be focused on delivering into a number of its strategic partner clients and developing relationships with candidates looking for their next career move.
Amit Kumar has also joined Planet Pharma as business development manager EMEA, with over five years’ experience working within life sciences staffing. Kumar joins the BD and client account management team, focused on driving international client relationships and project based initiatives. Kumar said, “I am genuinely excited and passionate about Planet Pharma’s proposition to the scientific sector”. In his new role Amit will be dedicated to developing strategic relationships within pharmaceutical, device, and CRO clients; advising on best methods of engagement and providing clear solutions to staffing needs.”
