Phaidon International launches Phaidon Reward app in the US

Phaidon International is to launch its latest employee ambassador platform ‘Phaidon Reward’, on Thursday 22nd February, 2018. The social sharing mobile application creates brand ambassadors of all employees through an incentive scheme.


Gareth Saunders, global marketing director, said, “One of the biggest challenges marketing teams in the recruitment industry face is truly maximising the reach social media platforms provide. Phaidon International’s recruitment model is built around the expert knowledge of its recruiters and their network; the app capitalises on the targeted social networks of consultants across the staffing group, rewarding them for their social influence.
