Tiger Recruitment appoints head of MENA
Tiger Recruitment has appointed Amy Butler as head of the Middle East and North Africa (MENA).
The appointment comes as Tiger focusses on its expansion plans in the region. Butler has plans to develop the agency’s reputation in placing support staff with businesses and private individuals primarily in Dubai.
Butler, who has lived in the UAE’s largest city for 20 years, is highly experienced in recruitment for high level executive roles in the oil, gas and construction industries, and has worked in a variety of demanding business support positions. Her first-hand knowledge is essential in providing Tiger’s clients and candidates with an exceptional service.
Butler (pictured) commented, “The MENA market holds great potential for Tiger, and I am thrilled to join the team, helping the business deliver its ambitions of becoming a key player in the region. The buoyant Dubai economy will create some fantastic PA, executive assistant and legal secretarial opportunities with prestigious companies.
“With Dubai boasting the highest growth population of ultra high net worth individuals in the world, we are busy working with our private clients, helping them to find highly experienced household staff such as private tutors and private personal assistants.
“After meeting the CEO, David Morel, and the team in London, I was impressed with their personalised and considered approach to recruitment. I believed I was in a unique position to help Tiger further develop in Dubai and across MENA.”
