Alexander Mann Solutions appoints MD and head of sales for contingent workforce solutions team
Alexander Mann Solutions has added two senior hires to its contingent workforce solutions (CWS) team.
Melanie Forbes joins as managing director for contingent workforce solutions. Forbes has more than 20 years’ of global experience in Contingent Workforce Solutions (CWS) and recruitment process outsourcing (RPO), most recently as chief executive officer of the Guidant Group. Her breadth of experience will support Alexander Mann Solutions to further blend its CWS and RPO services, enabling a best-in-class Total Workforce Solutions model, globally.
Additionally, Chris Merrick joins the company as head of sales for the EMEA region, with a focus on CWS. He joins Alexander Mann Solutions from Capita Resourcing where he was director of sales & marketing, and prior to that Resource Solutions.
