Amrop partners with South Africa’s Woodburn Mann
Executive search firm Woodburn Mann has joined Amrop’s global partnership. The addition of Woodburn Mann adds significant national presence for Amrop in South Africa and strengthens the group’s capabilities across the sub-Saharan Africa region.
Led by Andrew Woodburn as managing partner, Woodburn Mann was established in 1982 in Johannesburg, and serves a range of clients across southern and sub-Saharan Africa. The firm has a highly effective research capability and has the largest team of graduate research consultants of any search firm on the African continent.
With a staff team of 25, the firm offers client focused, industry-leading processes and services to the most prominent African businesses, as well as government parastatal operations, multinational subsidiaries and entrepreneurial ventures. Services include executive and non-executive search, board reviews and succession planning, executive coaching and leadership assessment and development. The firm will operate as Amrop Woodburn Mann.
