Eames appoints head of people and performance
Eames Consulting Group has appointed Danielle Rainert as head of people and performance.
In this newly created role, Rainert will be responsible for partnering with the management team to ensure that both its associate consultants and consultants are given the support and training to be successful and progress in their career.
She will be focused on building a bespoke training and development programme to run both on the desk and classroom style training with its associate consultant and consultant community. She will also support the on-boarding of new hires as well as oversight of its internal recruitment function.
CEO, Guy Day, shared, “Having previously been a high performing recruiter herself and then subsequently in management and operations, Danielle has a very rounded appreciation of the factors that increase productivity in our industry.
“Her passion, energy and more recent experience in learning and development make her ideally placed to support our management team in taking our consultant performance to an even higher level.”
Rainert will be based in the company’s London office with her remit also spanning its offices in Singapore and Hong Kong, enhancing performance consistently across the group.
