Russell Taylor Group opens Liverpool office
Russell Taylor Group has opened a Liverpool satellite office.
The strategic decision to set up the new operation - based at Horton House in the city’s historic Exchange Flags business complex - has come as building work starts at the £5 billion Liverpool Waters development site. The project will transform the city’s northern docks, regenerating the 60-hectare site to create a world-class, mixed-use waterfront quarter, significantly benefiting the structure and economy of Liverpool City Region.
Rob Kurton, managing director at Russell Taylor Group, said, “Our plans have always been ambitious and dynamic and this move into Liverpool sets our sights firmly on further expansion as well as contributing to the economic growth of the Liverpool City Region.
“Liverpool Waters, being developed by Peel Group, is a massive project which will change the face of the already iconic Liverpool waterfront and has been hailed as one of the biggest redevelopment projects in Europe.
“New opportunities are being opened up for jobs and skills development in the region and I am delighted to say that Russell Taylor Group will become very much a part of these exciting plans, particularly in the construction, facilities management and manufacturing sectors.”
Kurton, based at Russell Taylor Group’s national headquarters in Bromborough, added, “Members of the Liverpool team are now perfectly placed in the heart of a vibrant city that’s entering another new phase of major economic growth and where their expertise will put clients and candidates in pole position to take advantage of the city’s remarkable transformation.”
Heading up the team is Russell Taylor’s principal consultant, Conor Meehan, who is being joined by new in post consultants, Philip Noon and Greg Howard.
