Pedersen & Partners launch a global Board Services Practice Group
Pedersen & Partners, is pleased to announce that it has launched a global Board Services Practice Group to serve the needs of companies worldwide, in order to achieve effective and well-composed governing bodies for its clients as a key factor to ensure sustainable growth. Alberto Bocchieri, Partner, Co-Head of Iberia & Latin America, based in Madrid, became the Head of the new Practice Group.

The new Pedersen & Partners Board Services Practice Group consists of Board Advisors and Executive Search consultants with a solid track-record of board level and corporate governance mandates, and related roles, such as General Counsels, CFO, Risk, Internal Audit, Compliance & Regulatory. The new practice group merges exceptional experience from a cross-section of Pedersen & Partners practice groups and global coverage across continental Europe, CIS, UK, Middle East, Asia Pacific, North and South America.

Alberto Bocchieri, Partner and Co-Head of Iberia & Latin America at Pedersen & Partners will lead the Board Services practice group. Mr. Bocchieri has a wealth of senior level, C-suite, and Board level Executive Search experience both in developed and emerging economies. In addition to general management positions, he specialises in corporate governance sensitive assignments such as financial, legal and compliance, auditing, risk, regulation and supervision, serving large listed corporations, family-owned business or privately-held companies.
