Quanta retains Business of the Year Title at Inspiring Hertfordshire Awards
Quanta Consultancy Services (Quanta) has been named Business of the Year (Medium to Large) at the Inspiring Hertfordshire Awards for the second year in a row.
Held on Thursday 7th June at St Albans Cathedral, the Inspiring Hertfordshire Awards are now in their seventh year. Organised by the Hertfordshire Chamber of Commerce, the awards were launched to focus on and celebrate the expertise, achievements and outstanding contribution that businesses and individuals continually make to the growth of Hertfordshire.
The Business of the Year (Medium to Large) award judges reviewed Quanta’s strategy and objectives for the next three years, managerial and financial performance, potential for growth and the company’s commitment to staff.
This follows Quanta being named one of the Sunday Times 100 Best Small Companies to Work for in 2018 and receiving 3 Star Best Companies accreditation for their ‘extraordinary’ levels of workplace engagement.
The Business of the Year (Medium to Large) award judges commented, “Quanta provided a good clear entry, demonstrating commitment to their workforce. They have impressive worldwide coverage and clients - and show a significant net profit growth.
There is a strong emphasis on training and development of staff and staff retention - with a focus on ensuring that the internal culture is healthy and this, in turn, helps the business to succeed”
Stephen Trigg, CEO & founder of Quanta Consultancy Services, said, “To retain this award for a second consecutive year was a wonderful surprise. It really is a testament to the depth of training and the ‘One Team’ values that we consistently strive to attain at Quanta.”
