Bond Williams Professional Recruitment appoints business manager
Bond Williams Professional Recruitment has appointed Carole Connor as a business manager for its Southampton office.
Connor has worked in various account and business management roles within the recruitment sector for more than 20 years. Her achievements include the successful development and growth of entire temporary and permanent divisions, and she brings with her a wealth of knowledge of not only the local job market, but also HR and commercial strategy.
Based at the office in Ocean Village Innovation Centre, Connor will drive the growth of the client and candidate base in the Southampton area and beyond while building a motivated team of recruitment consultants.
