My journey in management has not been an easy one but I’ve been fortunate enough to be supported by a great leader who has mentored me from day one. Last year in particular I feel like the team rocketed forward and hopefully we can sustain this growth and momentum; it feels like we’re on the brink of something amazing! To be considered by IIP in this category not only is special for me personally but I know the whole company feels a great amount of pride – knowing I have their support is amazing!”

The Oyster team are amazing and work hard both collectively and individually to make a difference in their professional field and with their continued social responsibility efforts.
