Quanta Receives royal recognition for training programmes
Quanta Consultancy Services (Quanta) has received a prestigious Princess Royal Training Award for their Fast Track training programmes.
The Berkhamsted based recruitment consultancy is the only recruiter within the 48 businesses to be honoured by the 2018 Princess Royal Training Awards.
Delivered by the City & Guilds Group, the Princess Royal Training Awards honour and celebrate employers who believe and can prove that investing in training has resulted in exceptional commercial benefits.
Investing over 2,650 hours of training per year, Quanta is committed to the development of their team, and has built 3 Fast Track training programmes to give colleagues the opportunity to progress without limitation. In 2017, Quanta launched their latest programme, Fast Track to Future Leadership, designed to support those new to management roles into becoming future leaders within the business.
Quanta are continuing to recruit in 2018 and have many opportunities available for talented recruitment consultants of all levels to join the team, along with opportunities for those new to a recruitment career.
Chris Jones, Chief Executive of the City & Guilds Group said:
“At a time of increasing economic uncertainty and reduced investment into workforce development it is great to see critical business issues being addressed through impactful L&D. Through the Awards we highlight excellent examples of training that have already proved to be effective and we encourage others to build on their success.”
David Broome, Director, Quanta Consultancy Services said:
“We are proud to receive this recognition and thank both the Princess Royal Training Awards and the City & Guilds Group for this honour. Training at Quanta is core to our business success; in 2009 we started to make significant time and cost investments in training and we are proud our investment in all our colleagues’ futures has been recognised through our FastTrack programmes.
I would also like to take this opportunity to thank our two trainers, who in our opinion are the best in the recruitment industry and I also wish to thank many of our staff who sacrifice their time and make significant contributions through knowledge sharing and assisting in the delivery of our FastTrack training programmes.”
