Roc Search appoints two key accounts managers
Roc Search has restructured and grown its key accounts division as part of the company’s commitment to service quality.
As part of the growth of the key accounts function, Roc Search has promoted Cherise Yau to account manager, formerly a principal account executive, and also transferred Melissa Freer into the division as a key account manager. Yau joined Roc in 2014 and is tasked with managing one of Roc’s largest and most profitable accounts whilst Freer, who joined Roc in 2012, is focused on winning new business accounts, both with the full support of Daniel Brommell, senior business manager.
The Key Account division offers both contract and permanent solutions on a national scale, specifically recruiting across the technology sector. The service has matured over the last five years and secured partnerships with a diverse client portfolio, where the team offers customers a bespoke service, driven centrally by dedicated account managers. The service operates with transparency, delivering a high quality recruitment service that seeks to operate as an extension of a customer’s business. The account managers ensure customers receive an outstanding service, driven by speed and quality with the full support of a dedicated delivery team.
Brommell commented, “I am personally very excited about this change and the future of the team and look forward to helping the team grow, our service offering becoming more established, results to drive forwards and careers in the team to develop. Cherise and Melissa will play a pivotal role in the development and expansion of our Key Accounts division as the company continues its year-on-year growth.”
Freer added, “As a working mum, I am delighted to have this opportunity to further my career at Roc Search. The company’s commitment to service quality is outstanding and I am looking forward to using my experience of recruitment, and Roc Search, to establish and grow some of our biggest accounts.”
