Phaidon International to launch North Carolina office
Phaidon International is to open an office in Charlotte, North Carolina.
Building on five years of success in New York and the openings of San Francisco, Boston, Chicago and Dallas; the company’s launch in Charlotte will cover the Southeastern part of the country.
Phaidon International will launch a team in New York to remotely cover the region on 1st October, and it will open its doors locally in Charlotte on 2nd January 2019.
The new Southeast office will be introduced from 128 S Tryon Street, right in the middle of Uptown Charlotte. The launch will include two of Phaidon International’s brands – Selby Jennings, which specialises in financial services niche staffing, and DSJ Global which specialises in professional services, including operational excellence, engineering, manufacturing, supply chain and procurement.
Kieran Behan, managing director of Phaidon International, commented, “Charlotte will be Phaidon International’s 6th US office, serving as our regional hub for clients and candidates across North Carolina and the Southeastern United States.
“We have already enjoyed huge success partnering with clients in Charlotte, Atlanta, Raleigh, Ft. Lauderdale and other major cities in the region, and as with every office we opening we know that by being closer to the business community locally we can help even more. I look forward seeing the team support our clients in sourcing the niche, rare talent that we specialize in.”
Drawing on her early years of experience as one of Phaidon International’s recruiters, and her more recent experience as a client manager for global clients, the new Charlotte office will be led by director, Alyssa Daugherty. She said, “I am incredibly proud to be launching the Phaidon International Charlotte office. Charlotte and the Southeast just makes sense for us as a business. We have seen so many of our clients continue to invest in their offices in Charlotte, not only because it’s cost effective for them but also because it’s a great place for their employees to live and build a life. I am excited for Selby Jennings and DSJ Global to not only continue to support our clients in the region, but also for us to be a part of the booming economic growth. With the talent shortage across STEM, we intend to partner with clients to add strategic value by finding and securing them the right type of local and national talent that will not only meet but exceed their needs. It’s an exciting time to be in Charlotte, and my team and I are incredibly excited to be a part of it.”
