Busting recruitment myths
For our next global feature, we’d like some of the classic recruitment myths demystified! There are plenty of stories that recruiters hear every day from clients and candidates alike. Can HR or in-house teams really find the same candidates as recruitment companies? Will using multiple recruitment companies increase a client’s chance of finding the perfect candidate? What real added value do RPOs add to the recruitment process?
For this feature, we’d simply like you to send in your favourite or most-heard recruitment myth, followed by your response to this. Submissions should be no longer than 150 words in length and will form part of the global features series in our magazine.
