Quanta appoints five associate directors
Quanta Consultancy Services (Quanta) has promoted five colleagues into the newly-created roles of associate director.
The board recognise the importance of having a robust, experienced and diverse leadership team to ensure Quanta can achieve its growth plans. To support this, in 2017 the company spent six months creating ‘Pathway to Associate Directorship’, an eight-month promotional programme.
The programme has been designed to coach, train, challenge and prepare colleagues for the next step in their career, ensuring that there are opportunities to progress throughout the business, whilst safeguarding Quanta’s values as the organisation grows.
A number of colleagues were invited to participate in the Pathway to Associate Directorship programme in early 2018 and the below employees have been promoted into the following roles:
- Andrew Pieri – Associate director of sales
- Ben Alger – Associate director of sales
- Jackie Robinson – Associate director of finance
- Lauren Potter – Associate director of delivery
- Richard Allen – Associate director of sales
David Broome, director of Quanta Consultancy Services, said, “Quanta are very fortunate to have developed a diverse leadership team, who together will continue to grow our business over the next period. These promotions are all thoroughly deserved, and all five individuals should be incredibly proud of their contributions to Quanta in 2018 and previously.”
Spencer Trigg, director of Quanta Consultancy Services, added, “A massive congratulations to my colleagues who have been promoted! One of our core values at Quanta is “Invest in Our Future”; the pathway was an intense 8-month programme and developed to challenge them - I’m so pleased for them all. Life changing…opportunities!”
