Do you know how to manage transformation in the workplace?
Recruitment International’s first session of its CEO members programme for 2019 will take place on Tuesday 29th January.
We have revamped our programme this year to make it more relevant, contemporary and thought-provoking than ever before. With a series of workshops facilitated by leading experts we will focus on the biggest challenges facing the top recruitment businesses.
Our January session focuses on business and digital transformation: “81% of organisational change projects fail. They fail to engage the people at the heart of the change. Transforming organisations is about changing behaviours.”
Stephen Jolly, founding managing director of M&C Saatchi Transform, and his colleague Nick Wright will explore how innovative employee-driven approaches can help deliver business critical change and how positive employee behaviours can be embedded and sustained over the long term. M&C Saatchi are world leaders in behavioural change and have taken learnings from their work with hard-to-reach audiences around the world to create a new and radical focus on corporate transformation.
With the growth of AI and new technologies, this is one of the most important challenges the industry faces right now and we are delighted to have Jolly, one of the UK’s leading communications experts, lead this session.
Because of the interactive nature of our workshops, places are strictly limited. Priority is given to our existing CEO members, but we still have a few places left for non-members. If you’re interested in the possibility of attending the session, please contact David Head: firstname.lastname@example.org
