Maximising the recruitment process

For our next global feature, we’d like to find out how you think the recruitment process could be made more successful or streamlined. Should employers be working more closely with recruitment companies? Should RPOs and MSPs be playing a bigger role in the process? What role should candidates play in today’s process? Should technology play a greater role to help support future success?

 

For this feature, we’d simply like you to select one area or aspect where you think the recruitment process could be enhanced, whether this is for candidates, clients or your staff. Submissions should be no longer than 150 words in length, and will form part of the global features series in our magazine.

 

The deadline for submissions is 5pm on Monday 11th March 2019.
