Andrew Wallace, managing partner at Leathwaite, said, “This is fabulous award for Leathwaite and to be a part of the Sunday Times / HSBC International Track 200 is a genuine reflection of our global business model. We have been steadily building our international offices (New York, Hong Kong and Zurich) and having initiatives such as our ‘Global Mobility Programme’, which encourages our staff to work across our different global locations, has definitely played a crucial role in this growth.”

Tremayne Hall, managing director of Whitehall Resources, commented, “We are all very pleased to have made 55th on the list. In an industry as competitive as recruitment, it’s a real testament to our team’s hard work and Whitehall’s approach to both clients and candidates. We have big plans for the future and hope this will be the first of many recognising our international success.”

Ian Cross, group MD of Amoria Bond, shared, "We’re incredibly proud to have made the Sunday Times HSBC International Track 200 for the 4th year in a row. The whole company has contributed to our rapid growth, and it’s fantastic that our achievements have once again seen us feature in this illustrious cross-industry companies listing.  Our strategic approach of niche sector recruitment delivered by our highly-skilled teams allows us to consistently deliver excellent consultancy services to our clients and candidates, which is reflected in our strong trading position internationally as well as domestically.

"We’re confident that our long-term commitment to continuous development and consolidation of our specialist sector-expertise will ensure we maintain this trend of world-class service and strong, reliable growth in the future."

David Thuillier, managing direcotor of Montreal Associates, added, "Our inclusion into the Sunday Times International Track is a fantastic recognition for our international expansion. It also rewards the efforts from our staff to service and comply in most European countries. Our success comes from the transformation we’ve gone through. In a short space of time we have grown from a single niche specialist to a complete tech recruitment partner. With two European hubs in London and now in Barcelona we are equipped for further international growth and we are going to do that with a purpose: We want to inspire smarter business.

"IT recruitment hasn’t always had the greatest reputation in the recruitment industry and so for a recruiter with experience thinking about making their next move, we might not necessarily be an obvious choice for them. Making the Sunday Times 200 Fast Track list sets us apart from our competition and says we are a force to be reckoned with and that if you are a recruiter who is thinking about their next move, we are a serious consideration for you!"

Elliot Dell, CEO of Salt, said, “It is fantastic to be recognised for our growth in 2018. To achieve a ranking in the top 15 of the Sunday Times HSBC International Track 200, for a second year in a row makes us all at Salt feel very proud. The ranking highlights all of Salt's accomplishments and inspires us to continue our mission of creating futures.”

Paul Gardiner, chairman  of Salt, added, “I am very pleased that Salt has made the ranking for the second time and is one of the most successful recruitment businesses. Maintaining high growth in uncertain times can be challenging but this ranking demonstrates that Salt is on track with its successful business model and a 2018 NFI growth of 25%. It also coincides with a record low in employee attrition and our highest employee engagement score, which shows that we are achieving success with motivated staff and delighted customers.”
