Ambitions Personnel invests £100,000 in back-office software
Ambitions Personnel has invested £100,000 into new software to streamline its back-office processes.
The software, provided by e-recruit, will improve client and candidate experience across the company’s 11 national branches.

The Adapt software provides a customer relationship management platform, as well as an innovative workforce management system. The company says this means businesses looking to recruit quickly and working alongside Ambitions Personnel will now benefit from faster turnaround times, as the platform makes it easier to find available candidates with the relevant skills and experience.
Watson added, “Part of our overall strategy is to meet all of our candidates face to face and take the time to understand what they are looking for.
“Wherever possible, we like to go to our clients’ premises too, to really get a feel for a role and the working environment. By automating some of our back-office processes, we’ve really freed our teams up to spend more time building these valuable relationships and to offer a true consultancy service.
