Auxillis has selected greenbean by NRG as its exclusive partner.


Auxillis’ contact centre operation in Peterlee delivers 24/7 support to customers involved in fault and non-fault accidents, providing replacement vehicles and repair management services, as well as insurance and legal services.


Following further expansion into a second building in 2017, Auxillis has its sights set on future growth, with multiple opportunities to join its teams in customer service and collections.

Morgan Hunt


New City College has awarded an exclusive managed service recruitment provision to Morgan Hunt.


East London’s largest college group serves young people and adults from diverse communities with an impressive range of courses and qualifications. With further growth on the horizon, New City College required a new staffing solution to manage the attraction and retention of staff to continue to deliver outstanding student outcomes.


Through the CPC Framework, the HR team at New City College looked to appoint a public sector staffing company that could focus on the quality provision of teaching staff and the operational professionals working with over 12,000 students. This new outsourced recruitment model will be performed by Morgan Hunt.


Luke O’Neill, divisional director, education and training at Morgan Hunt, explained, “Managed Service recruitment technology allows us to work with specialist suppliers where necessary but keep rates at agreed levels and use management information to inform an employer’s candidate attraction strategies and forecast demand from one place.

The college will be using an online recruitment portal; Greenroom V5 to manage the compliance, time, attendance and invoicing for their staff all in one online system, all of which allows for transparent and immediate reporting.”

Parity 

 

Parity has been awarded a two year contract with the Department for Education (DfE). Parity has been appointed as the agile development partner to support the delivery of the ongoing digital transformation of the Funding and Contracting Service (FCS).

 

The FCS is part of the Education and Skills Funding Agency (ESFA) that delivers all school and further education funding in England. It is responsible for managing contracts with training providers and making approximately £6bn of payments to them per year.

 

Under this new contract Parity will work with the FCS so it develops to meet the ESFA's evolving needs, with the scope of work expected to include supporting the launch of new products, reshaping mature systems and ensuring effective interfaces with other ESFA systems.  Parity, which brings 45 years of data and technology experience and skills, will work alongside the existing in-house digital team, based primarily in Coventry, to support and cover all of their digital service roles.

 

The award represents a total opportunity of up to £4.5m over the next two years for Parity strengthening the Group's order book and providing further visibility to underpin our current expectations for Group performance over the period.
