Contribute to RI's 'start-up advice' Q&A feature
In our April issue, we will be running a feature focusing on advice for start-ups.
We would like to gain an insight into how to go about setting up a recruitment company, by inviting you to answer one of the questions below in no more than 150 words.
What is the most important thing to consider before setting up a recruitment company?
Who should you go to for advice before setting up?
What should you be investing in during your first year in business?
How should you go about attracting and retaining the best members of staff?
What are the biggest challenges you should expect during your first year?
Should technology play a vital role in any start-up today?
Comments are free for recruitment agencies.
The deadline for this feature is 5pm on Monday 11th March. Answers must be objective, within the word limit and come from a senior employee at the business.
No answers will be confirmed as appearing in the feature until publication date. All submissions will be assessed after the deadline, and the final feature put together in the few days before publication.
