Staffing 360 Solutions’ US and UK operations recognised for client service
Two of Staffing 360 Solutions’ businesses, Monroe Staffing Services in the US and CBSbutler in the UK, have been recognised for delivering superior service to their clients.
Monroe Staffing Services has won Clearly Rated’s 2019 Best of Staffing® Client Award for providing superior service to its clients. CBSbutler has won the 2019 Feefo® Gold Trusted Service Award.
Presented in partnership with CareerBuilder, Clearly Rated’s 2019 Best of Staffing® Client Award winners have proven to be industry leaders in service quality based entirely on ratings provided by their clients. On average, clients of winning agencies are 2.3 times more likely to be completely satisfied with the services provided compared to those working with non-winning agencies. This is the fourth year in a row, and eighth time in nine years, that Monroe Staffing Services has been recognized for delivering superior client service.
Feefo is a reviews and customer insights technology company providing businesses with the tools to collect real, purchase-verified reviews and insights. Working with over 3,500 clients, Feefo ensures that all feedback is authentic, by matching it to a legitimate transaction, to increase consumer confidence and enable businesses to make smarter decisions.
Paul Polito, president of Staffing 360 Solutions’ commercial staffing (US) business stream, said, “Our team has always been focused on excellent customer service and we are proud and honored to be recognized for our efforts with this award.”
Mark Darby, Staffing 360 Solutions’ president of professional staffing (UK), added, “The team at CBSbutler, and the broader UK team, deserves this award for tireless attention to client needs and for an exceptional client-service ethic.”
Brendan Flood, chairman and CEO of Staffing 360 Solutions, stated, “Exceptional customer service is core to the business strategy of Staffing 360 Solutions and these awards are validation of the hard work of all of our employees.”
