Hays has renewed its global partnership with Manchester City Football Club.
Hays became the official recruitment partner of Manchester City in 2013 and renewed the agreement for the first time in 2016. During the past six years, Hays has extended the relationship with City Football Group to become the official recruitment partner of New York City FC in 2015, as well as Manchester City Women in 2017 and most recently with Japanese side, Yokohama F. Marinos.
Hays has helped the Club to build a winning team off the pitch, including recruiting roles across City's legal, finance, HR, commercial, marketing and communications teams across their offices in Manchester, London, New York and Singapore.
Throughout its time as official recruitment partner, Hays and Manchester City have explored the parallels between the world of work and elite sport, with both the men's and the women's teams. This collaboration has formed a rich territory for the partnership, with a strong focus on leadership, development, scouting and understanding the ingredients of building a high-performance team.
In January, Hays launched a series of videos as part of its "Match Your Ambition" campaign, with Manchester City players, Kevin De Bruyne, Bernardo Silva, Kyle Walker, Keira Walsh, Nikita Parris and Jen Beattie. The interviews explored the personal attributes and skills required to forge a successful career in top-flight football and were designed to encourage professionals to develop their own career, using inspirational stories and messaging from the Manchester City players.
Hays will work together with City to curate digital and social content over the next four years, continuing to integrate and fully utilise the partnerships to reach audiences all over the world. The renewal will be further boosted by the new naming rights which make Hays an Official Tour Sponsor for the Club's overseas tours and provide further access to exciting experiences for Hays' staff across the globe.

An exclusive resourcing partnership between ADB SAFEGATE Airport Systems and the Morson Group has reached greater heights after the newly-acquired tech firm signed a new deal with its Manchester recruitment partner.
ADB SAFEGATE Airport Systems was successfully acquired by ADB SAFEGATE in February 2019 and has since tasked the Morson Group with its complete recruitment remit. This includes sourcing an initial 15 newly-created vacancies that range from entry-level software developers through to director roles.

Adecco Group UK&I
The Adecco Group UK&I has been awarded a £45m contract by the Office for National Statistics (ONS) to provide recruitment and HR services for the 2021 Census.
Providing an integrated service Adecco Corporate, part of the Adecco Group UK&I, will play a pivotal role in the staffing of the 2019 Census Rehearsal and Census Coverage Survey, the 2020 Address Check, 2021 Census, and the 2021 Census Coverage Survey.
The agreement includes a wide range of Adecco Corporate’s services for the coming census including the delivery of recruitment, payroll, HR, training and support to the Census Field Force and management teams.

Taking place since 1801, the census requires every household in England and Wales to answer questions about the home and people within it. This historic count of all people and households is then used for the production of a source of consistent and comparable information about the population - as well as underpinning the allocation of government spending each year.
The Office for National Statistics is the UK’s largest independent producer of official statistics. It is responsible for collecting and publishing statistics related to the economy, population and society at national, regional and local levels.
Lorien, part of the global Impellam Group, has been confirmed as a supplier of interim IT staff services for the Scottish Government, supplying the Scottish public sector. Already Scotland’s largest supplier of interim IT workers, their addition to the four year interim IT Staff Services Framework allows them to provide in-demand skills which support key Scottish public sector priorities.
