Tile Hill appoints second director
Tile Hill has appointed Anthony Lewis as a director. Lewis is the second new director to join Tile Hill in the past month. He will be working with directors, David Weir and Mark Thomas.
Having initially started his career with Michael Page, Lewis moved to Penna in 2013 where he focused on executive interim recruitment within the public sector and quickly rose to become a director of Penna’s public sector interim practice.
Weir said, “Having worked with Anthony for several years at a previous business I know what a great talent he is and it’s fantastic news that he has chosen to join us here at Tile Hill. Anthony is also a brilliant person to work with, has a strong set of values that guide his approach to recruitment and it’s evident from his success in previous Institute of Interim Management Surveys, that the interim community think this as well. Adding Anthony to the team helps us to take on more and bigger projects and we’re looking forward to benefitting from all of the knowledge, experience and insight that he brings.”
Lewis added, “Having helped grow Penna’s public sector interim practice to be one of the largest providers of senior interims into Local Government, I wanted to take on a fresh challenge and be part of something that was going to approach senior recruitment in a modern way. David Weir and Tile Hill have, in a short space of time, built a strong profile in the sector and this has been built on a set of principles that speak to my values. Tile Hill has a very strong vision of how it wants to engage with clients and candidates, what the experience of working with Tile Hill will feel like, and importantly how that benefits the end client/candidate. We think that senior recruitment can be modernised whilst protecting the need for structured and fair processes. I am really excited to be working with David, Mark and the team and to build on existing momentum.”
