Turnover up over 5% in Q1 2019 for SYNERGIE
SYNERGIE confirmed a good start to 2019 with consolidated first-quarter group turnover of €621.2m, up 5.4% in relation to 2018 (+2.5% on a like-for-like basis).
In France, turnover reached €297.3m, up +7.1%, of which 3.1% on a like-for-like basis, with a very good performance in temporary employment (+3.2% in a market that showed growth of +1% at end-February according to Prism’Emploi) and strong growth at DCS EASYWARE, the digital services company consolidated in June 2018, which generated turnover of €11m (+11.8%) over the quarter.
The international activity made turnover of €323.9m (52.1% of consolidated turnover), up by 3.9% (+2.0% on a like-for-like basis), underpinned by excellent growth in Spain, the UK and Italy in particular. SYNERGIE’s strategy has been confirmed by the investments over the last three years in the recruitment of expert consultants, intensive emphasis on training, and the positioning of SYNERGIE, which is now a leader in growth sectors. Drawing on its strong results and financial position, the group is actively examining potential new acquisitions in Europe and around the world.
