Boyden re-elects chairman and CEO
Boyden has revealed that Jörg Kasten has been re-elected to a third term as chairman and three new members were appointed to its global board. The elections were held at Boyden’s annual partner meeting in Sydney, Australia.
The new board members, elected to two-year terms, include Jim Harmon, a managing partner of Boyden Canada and member of the firm’s global technology practice; Kjetil Haug-Nodeland, a managing partner of Boyden Norway and member of the global industrial practice; and Ulrich “Uli” Schumann, a managing partner of Boyden Germany and former global technology practice leader.
Trina Gordon, who also serves on the firm’s global board, was re-elected to another term as Boyden’s president & CEO through 2021. She has been in the top leadership role since 2011 and remains the only woman to ever serve as CEO of a major global executive search firm.
Kasten commented, “As we grow, Boyden’s Global Board is continually assessing our clients’ needs as markets rapidly evolve, including the impacts of technology and other critical areas of disruption.
“Trina has been a tremendous firm leader and Jim, Kjetil and Uli are key additions to our board.
