Cathcart Associates makes three senior appointments
Cathcart Associates has made three senior promotions as it gears up for further expansion.
Stuart Manderson (pictured centred) has been promoted from sales manager to UK sales director. He will lead the firm’s growing team of sales consultants, drive internal recruitment and oversee plans for the company’s ambitious growth strategy. Manderson has worked at Cathcart Associates for 8 years.
Murray Simpson (pictured left) has been appointed as UK sales manager, and will manage all consultants across the UK. He is building on his previous success as ‘Scotland Team Leader’ to drive further growth in the north of England, and will continue to expand the company’s training structure to develop employee skill sets at all levels. Simpson has broken every sales record at Cathcart Associates and has been instrumental in the development of its senior appointments/executive search capabilities.
In his new role as UK business development manager, Liam Wilson (pictured right) will continue to build the Cathcart brand by winning significant new business contracts and building robust client relationships.
Sam Wason, co-founder and joint managing director at Cathcart Associates, said, “It’s an exciting time for the company as we continue to expand our operations and recruitment offering to a growing number of customers across the UK.
“We are very pleased to announce the promotion of three members of our team who have been integral to our success in recent years. All have delivered exceptional results for our clients and candidates.
“As the UKs tech sector continues to thrive, our specialist services as recruiters for IT businesses are in increasing demand. These promotions will help us to realise our ambitious growth plans, and to offer our boutique recruitment services to even more companies across the UK.”
