Kingdom Services Group acquires Xpress Solutions
Kingdom Services Group has acquired Xpress Solutions.
Established in May 2004, Xpress provides both temporary and permanent staff across the warehousing, driving and commercial sectors. The Xpress acquisition continues the strategic expansion plans of Kingdom.
Terry Barton, chief executive of Kingdom, said, “This is a fantastic opportunity for Kingdom to grow and develop our recruitment service. Strategic acquisitions has always formed part of our growth strategy, but it is extremely important that when we acquire a business that there is a culture fit to that of Kingdom. We are therefore keen that we continue to operate in the same way going forward with no planned changes to trading name, branding, offices, invoicing or points of contact. Kingdom will support and enhance the Xpress integration with our expertise, technology and software solutions.
