Randstad UK and REED complete Recruitment Apprenticeship Standard

Randstad UK and REED Specialist Recruitment have partnered with Skillsfirst Assess to carry out recruitment consultant and recruitment resourcer end-point assessments (EPA). As a result, the two organisations have seen their apprentices complete the new recruitment consultant and recruitment resourcer apprenticeship standards.

Fraser Ingham, sales and marketing director at Skillsfirst Assess, said, “We are delighted to be working with two of the UK’s largest recruitment partners, to deliver a genuine ‘first’ to market for apprenticeships and EPA in this sector. Everyone involved in the delivery of this project has worked incredibly hard and the first results speak for themselves.”

The EPA (end-point assessment) is the final step for an apprentice, following an extensive period of on-programme learning, during which they must demonstrate that they have the knowledge, skills and behaviours to work in their chosen job role.
