SF Recruitment sees NFI increase around 5% at year-end 2018

SF Recruitment has released its results for the full year 2018.


In 2018, the business grew its net fee income to more than £9,000,000, an increase of around 5%, representing its sixth year of consecutive growth in fee income.


The company, which has been running for over 20 years and has 120 employees across the three sites, has also successfully grown in its profit performance since 2013 and delivered an average 39% growth rate in EBITDA in this period.


CEO, Saira Demmer (pictured), said, “Our consultants are matched to their markets based on where their own individual passions lie, and this specialisation helps us to add value to our clients and candidates more quickly than if we were to generalise.”


This focus has allowed SF to increase its consultants’ average earnings by 19% versus the previous year.


This is the company’s second consecutive year of earnings growth, giving a total increase in earnings of 47% over the two years from 2016 to 2018, and is a key metric monitored by the senior management team as an indicator of the success of its learning and development programme.


Demmer added, “We’ve taken a results first approach to growth, recognising that if we put our focus into getting the best outcomes for our clients and candidates, our consultants will be successful and as a consequence our business will continue to grow.


“We have incredibly talented people, with more than 30% having more than five years’ experience in their markets.
