STAR Recruitment appoints head of white collar division
STAR Recruitment has launched a new white collar division specialising in executive and managerial roles in the construction sector.
The Scotland-based agency, which rebranded earlier this year from BBR Services following the acquisition of Star Placement, has appointed Gregor Cruikshank to head up the department. Formerly of Contract Scotland, Cruikshank brings with him over 10 years of experience working in the sector.
Cruikshank (pictured) commented, “STAR Recruitment is well known in the market place as an industry leader and has already established an incredibly successful trades and labour desk, not forgetting its rapidly expanding property division, so the decision to come on board was a no brainer.
“The agency has built up an incredibly loyal candidate base and the standard of client service is second to none. I am really looking forward to building on the growth achieved so far this year by expanding our network of construction candidates and clients alike.”
Director of STAR Recruitment, Ally Robin, added, “It’s the perfect time to welcome Gregor on board as we really drive growth across the agency. His experience in placing white collar workers perfectly complements our trades and labour expertise and we’re really excited to add to our growing network of clients and candidates as the year progresses.”
