The Hardenbergh Group acquires MDReview

The Hardenbergh Group, based in Michigan, has acquired Colorado-based MDReview.

For over 15 years, MDReview has offered external, independent third-party physician peer review services to hospitals throughout the United States to help them improve the quality of care they provide. MDReview works with medical staff leaders to identify and resolve physician issues that impact the quality of care delivered to the community served. MDReview focuses on integrity, objectivity, sensitivity, confidentiality, and timeliness to provide hospital clients with an incomparable resource.

Sharon Beckwith, CEO of MDReview, has been committed to the company’s mission for more than 10 years. “Perfecting the peer review process has been our singular focus since our founding,” said Beckwith. “We listen carefully to clients’ unique needs and tailor solutions accordingly. We also carefully select, train, and monitor peer reviewers and actively oversee the projects to ensure timely delivery and a quality work product.
