Hays launches online training to support employers and their teams
To support employers and their teams with the skills they need to thrive in the current climate, Hays has launched Hays Thrive, a free online training portal. The portal covers three training areas, remote working, wellbeing and health & safety. The courses have been designed to help employers with assign tracking, tracking team completions and creating personalised training programmes.
Simon Winfield, managing director of Hays UK & Ireland, commented, “We know that many organisations are facing a period of unprecedented change, adapting to remote working and managing remote teams. By offering online training courses for free, we hope to help businesses find new ways of working and support their workers through the crisis. It was vital to include a course dedicated to wellbeing to help employers put their staff’s mental health first, something we all need to be aware of during these uncertain times.
“The feedback we’ve already received from employers has been incredibly positive – it adds tremendous value and cements our position as our customers’ lifelong career partner. In these difficult times we wanted to be able to make a difference and support our customers. Hays Thrive has already proved to be extremely popular and allows us to do exactly that.”
