Gattaca signs multi-year contract with G.Network
Specialist recruitment solutions group Gattaca has announced a multi-year strategic Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) partnership with G.Network, London’s full fibre internet service provider.
As their recruitment partner, Gattaca will manage the recruitment of G.Network employees, including the 1,250 new jobs which are expected as a result of G.Network’s recent £1bn investment. The investment will drive deployment of G.Network’s full fibre broadband network across 1.4 million premises in 13 London boroughs over the next 5 years.
The positions Gattaca will recruit for G.Network predominantly include field engineers and Gattaca will also help shape the organisation’s talent strategy, including the development of their employer value proposition and employer brand.
"G.Network recently announced a significant fundraise, which is going to enable us to roll out full fibre broadband to large parts of inner London,” said Stephanie Ashmore, Chief Talent Officer at G.Network. “We are embarking on a fundamental, large-scale upgrade of the capital's digital infrastructure, and to achieve our goals, we will need to find many more outstanding people to join the business. Gattaca will play a huge part in that growth journey, and we're pleased to have such an experienced and professional recruitment partner on board."
Kevin Freeguard, CEO at Gattaca, said: “Our 35 years’ experience recruiting within the telecommunications and infrastructure sectors, combined with our focus on providing cutting-edge talent acquisition technologies, strategic talent strategies and best-in-class candidate experiences, makes Gattaca a perfect partner for G.Network. Our partnership with G.Network builds on our reputation as a leader in RPO within the EMEA region, which was recognised in HRO Today’s 2020 Baker’s Dozen list, earlier this year.”
Gattaca will provide end-to-end recruitment support for G.Network, focusing on the attraction, engagement and retention of talent as G.Network aims to significantly expand its workforce.
The majority of recruitment will focus on recruiting field engineers to join G.Network, however Gattaca will also support the recruitment of employees in other functions such as customer experience, marketing and sales.
Gattaca will also support the development of G.Network’s employer value proposition, employer brand and talent attraction strategy, promoting the organisation as an employer of choice for entry level and experienced professionals alike, including apprentices and military leavers.
